Just like getting to Khao Sok Village from the nearby towns, the same bus/minivans can be used to get to Ban Ta Khun village to the east. You can either get your own transport to travel along route 401 or book one of the organized tours. The best way for me was to take the minivan from Surat Thani city to Baan Ta Khun which should cost you no more than 300 baht and then the tour agency I went with transferred me to the national park.
